Choose the membership that best fits your skincare goals: Essential or Signature.

2 Book Your Monthly Facial

Schedule your monthly treatment at a time that works best for you.

3 Customize Your Experience

Signature members select their complimentary enhancement (LED Light Therapy or Hydrojelly Mask) and all members may add additional upgrades to their treatment.

4 Stay Consistent

Enjoy ongoing treatments, personalized guidance, and exclusive member benefits designed to support long-term skin health.

Policies

  • As a Zabé Collective member, you enjoy an exclusive 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling window for your monthly facial.

    Changes made at least 24 hours before your appointment are complimentary. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $10 fee, applied at your next appointment, while your facial credit remains available for use.

    Facial Rollover: If you’re unable to use your monthly facial within your current billing cycle, your unused facial credit may be carried into the following cycle for a $15 rollover fee.

    Membership payments will continue processing on your scheduled billing date, regardless of appointment changes. Facial credits may only be rolled over for one additional billing cycle.

  • Your exclusive membership cancellation benefits apply only to your monthly facial.

    Additional services booked alongside your facial, including lash, brow, and sugaring treatments, remain subject to the standard cancellation and rescheduling policy:

    • Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the additional service price.

    • Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the additional service price.

    Fees apply only to the services being canceled or rescheduled. Your membership facial will remain subject to the exclusive member cancellation policy.

  • All appointments are provided a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a same-day cancellation, subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

    Please notify me if you anticipate arriving late.

    Arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notice or communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If you’re interested in booking an appointment outside of normal business hours, please contact me directly. There is a flat fee of $20 for early bird/late owl appointments. Please keep in mind, appointments outside of regular hours are per request only.

  • At Zabé Beauty, our memberships are designed to provide ongoing benefits and skincare maintenance. To ensure you get the most out of your membership:

    • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation.

    • After the 3-month period, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
