We are excited to have you as a new client. To ensure your appointment is secured and smooth send a message via Instagram after booking your first appointment, and a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.

All deposits are used towards the service balance. Please be deposit ready when booking your appointment.

To provide the best service to all of my clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged the full service amount.

No-shows will always be charged in full.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation as I strive to provide the best service for all clients.

*Clients past 15 minutes late without notice are considered a "no-show".

All payments are securely processed through GlossGenius at checkout. No other external payment apps are accepted. Please be prepared to complete your payment via GlossGenius at the end of your service.

I give my clients a 10 minute grace period. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late, please communicate with me ahead of time.

If you’re interested in booking an appointment outside of normal business hours, please contact me directly on Instagram. There is a flat fee of $15 for early bird/late owl appointments. Please keep in mind, appointments outside of regular hours are per request only.

This is your time babe! Your guests will be asked to leave or your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee in the full amount of service will be charged. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

There is guest parking available. Let me know when you are outside so I can let you in the garage gate located on 147th St. Please do not block the gate, incase residents need to get in or out.

These are all timed appointments and talking on the phone will add delays. Kindly silence your phone before your appointment, I will not be answering any calls.

Shoes must come off upon entering. I provide guest slippers, but if you feel more comfortable keeping your socks on/bringing socks you are more than welcome to decline the guest slippers.
